Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offering.
Putting together a list of target companies within the area.
Analysing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
Working to revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the sales director.
Chasing sales leads from other members of the company.
Working closely with other territory sales manager’s and national account managers.
Putting together sales strategies to target large accounts.
Fixed Asset Register(FAR) preparation (includes):
• Physical verification of the fixed assets;
• Completing standardized forms to set up entries on the fixed asset register;
• CWIP reconciliations including Asset, Liabilities & Advances;
• Tagging of the physically verified assets;
• Reconciliation of physically verified record with the Fixed Asset Register (FAR);
• Managing Fixed Assets Schedule(FAS)
• Managing and Updating the details of assets purchased by employees after the end of useful life of an asset;
• Updating of the Fixed Asset Register;
• Confirming and updating new site IDs in the system;
• Updating the FAR after assets’ movement to any new location;
• Booking of Monthly On-Aired Sites in the System.
• Coordination with external Auditors;
• Corresponding with the regional teams for efficient execution of the company’s operations.
• Handling the assets to be disposed of and closing the disposal project
